Visitors to the Harman Luxury Audio Group suite at this year’s Festival of Sound show can see and hear products from three of its prestigious brands: Arcam, Mark Levinson, and Revel.
Driving the first of the room’s two demonstration systems, is a collection of power and grace from legendary marque Mark Levinson. The No 585.5 integrated incorporates Levinson’s class A Pure Phono stage, teaming with the No 515 – the American maker’s first ever turntable – and the network-ready and CD-equipped No519 audio player to create a stunning set of electronics. Revel’s new PerformaBe Series F228Be floor stander will handle speaker duties, including showcasing the abilities of its Beryllium tweeter and multiple ceramic cones.
A second system will comprise electronics from Arcam’s new HDA range, twinned with a pair of Revel M126Be stand mount speakers. The Arcam CDS50 CD/SACD Network Player will provide the source material, while the SA10 and SA20 amplifiers will offer remarkable sound-per-pound performances in Class A/B and Class G flavours respectively.
Equipment in the suite’s display-only area will feature further models from Mark Levinson, including the No 534 dual-monaural amplifier. Visitors can also check-out Revel’s multi award-winning Concerta2 M16 loudspeakers.
